If I could give it a 0, I would have. I needed to change banks to leave my online bank, and my default choice was the post office, even though everyone around me strongly advised me against it. So I made an appointment for the following week, Saturday being my only slot outside of work. The advisor was unable to open my account due to a software malfunction. Without any apologies, she promised to look into it and call me back within 48 hours to reschedule an appointment (the prospect of losing another Saturday to administrative procedures made me happy...). Luckily, I didn't wait to approach another bank, because this advisor, very talented at her job, didn't even deign to call me back. So I'm a customer of another bank. Complete nonsense.

As in most of the agencies I have visited, the staff are very pleasant and friendly, however, the other customers... very often jump in front of me in the queue, are unpleasant, rude, speak badly to the customer service representatives, etc.

There's no way we know that the post office is closed for an extended period. An extremely urgent package for my work is stuck in this room, and I have to wait for it to be transferred elsewhere before I can retrieve it... Not to mention the mailman who must have been too lazy to ring the intercom or even leave a delivery notice. I had to contact the hotline to find out where the package was. Usually, it's not great; I often have problems with my packages, but this is a total disaster...

A fine demonstration of incompetence!!!! Every time I've had to go there, there's been a problem, and I've had to go back. I won't go into the details of the "exceptional closures" not indicated on the website (yes, I always check the website before going there to see if anything is indicated). Last week was the worst! I received a delivery notice from the mailman on Wednesday, saying that a package was available at this postal center starting Thursday the 11th. I needed this package quickly, so I took my lunch break to go pick it up. I discovered there that the center was closed, and that I had to go to the pro area right next door, so be it. When I arrived at the business center, the staff explained to me that they were moving, but that the computer transfer hadn't been completed, so they couldn't give me my mail, and that I had to come back from the 15th. Never again! An hour and a half for a transfer I couldn't even complete. There were three of us in line plus an elderly person. After an hour's wait, it was the security guard's kindness that finally got the bank manager moving. We all let the woman, who looked exhausted, go ahead. Following that, two people cut in line, but the teller didn't care at all, despite our protests. Incompetent, the level of customer service from the bank is scandalous!
