To say that the wait times are really very long? But it's not the staff's fault, but rather the customers who are sometimes distracted and don't yet know what they want? So we waste a lot of time because of these unruly people?

I'm not happy with my experience at the La Banque Postale branch on Cours Lafayette. There's an old woman there who treats people differently. Even when you go there with a problem, like depositing a check, she speaks rudely to you. I won't go there again, no matter the problem.

This isn't a postal bank. It's a branch that handles mail with ATMs. An unpleasant person told me I couldn't withdraw money at the counter (besides, the counters are getting smaller and smaller; there's only one at the Bellecour branch, which is a large branch, resulting in an endless queue...) and that I had to go to another branch... Please remove the "postal bank" signage to avoid misleading people, and learn to treat your customers properly (because the bank is supposed to serve the customer, not the other way around).

Worst bank in the world!!!! I've been with them for 27 years, so I took out a car loan with them and ended up with excessive fees even though I had asked to postpone the deadline by one month! I called them, NO SOLUTION PROVIDED! I tried to give them another chance by insuring the newly purchased car. I now find myself unable to insure my car with an insurer because of this bank. Run away urgently if you don't want to end up with a lot of trouble. They don't even know what they're doing.
