Im the client of this branch of LCL bank, Since my first time enter to this branch all staff were helpful and respectful, I have problem to speak French but all the staff never didnt leave alone all the time ASAP they gave me the necessary services and replied me very right. Mr AMINE SKALLI ZINAOUI and STEPHANIE SOUBEYRAND are my person in charge and always and always helped me in online and physical services among other workers. I clearly remember I had problem with my account limitation at Christmas time, and in a few seconds they increased and solved the issue.
Friendly customer service with fast issue resolution either online or via phone. Also, the user-friendly app/website with all accessible services is top-notch.
Fantastic and professional banking services
Utterly poor customer relations at this branch. I immediately changed branches. My bank manager was horrible at communication and despicably rude.
The deposit always doesn’t work!!!
