This morning, I was treated like a lamb to the slaughter when I tried to wire some money. No matter what I said, the second teller at the counter wouldn't listen; she immediately called two police officers and started questioning me. I was in a real hurry because I had other things to do. This arrogant woman acted as if it were none of her business; since the police were there, she felt absolved of responsibility, and my anxiety was my problem… What's wrong with society these days? You can't even use your own money in the bank; you're treated like a criminal. And the bank's job is to indiscriminately prosecute, preferring to kill 100 innocent people rather than let one guilty person go free. Cathay Bank has really gone too far. With scammers rampant, doesn't the government bear any responsibility? Poor people!

There are always some errors during international wire transfers, but every service representative at Cathay United Bank patiently helps me solve the problems. I am truly grateful.

If you want to withdraw foreign currency cash, CTBC Bank is the better option! At least they have many branches. I went to Cathay United Bank three times in two days, but I still couldn't withdraw foreign currency. The outsourced supplier replied that the earliest they could go was another business day, and even then, there was no guarantee they would refill it after that day. There are only two Cathay United Bank branches in the entire Wenshan District.
