The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful regarding our matter, which was really nice of her.
I just opened the account for working in company, the service was very kind, they help me until everything is done, even we have difficulty to understand because of english. But they mange to do the job very good. I would give all my gratitude for Mrs. Chiahua Ho and Ms. Anita Fang for helping opening new account for me. I thought opening an account today would be a hassle, given how seriously the government takes anti-fraud efforts. Luckily, the lovely Ms. Zhang guided me smoothly and efficiently, making the process quick and easy. (I recommend making an appointment online through Fubon Bank's website to save time and effort.) The interior was also very comfortable and clean. And, just between you and me, the guy at the entrance was very helpful and responsible. Highly recommended! ❤️
