Quaint little cafe nestled in the heart of downtown. Surprised by the eclectic decor and vintage vibes. Service was warm, but the coffee, sadly, missed the mark – a tad bitter. A cozy spot for a read, but might skip the espresso next time. Charming, yet could brew better.
We are delighted with this agency. The teams are stable, which allows for personalized follow-up on our case; they are attentive and have always shown strong commitment and a desire for customer satisfaction.
If I could give zero stars, I would… the customer experience at this branch is terrible. The assistant manager can't communicate effectively with clients by email or phone. It's truly a shame to see how the banking customer experience is deteriorating due to incompetence.
The welcome at the agency was excellent! Ms. Dutate is pleasant and helpful. It's nice to see a smile when you walk into the agency!
