They are very kind and welcoming
The staff at this La Banque Postale branch in Massy Opéra were extremely unpleasant. On March 24th, I came twice—at 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM—but I was never able to send a registered letter. A young man who looked like an old man tired of life and people kept sitting on the benches and chatting with acquaintances, ignoring the queue near the entrance. When we asked him about it, he simply said "wait" and continued laughing, still sitting on the bench. The banking consultant answered our question about the card and replied, "Well, I don't know." And that was the end of the conversation. I advise against contacting these employees if you want to remain in a good mood and receive the service you deserve. Today, I came to send a letter for the third time, and... it turns out I can't pay in cash! Only by bank card. That's terrible!
