A completely dysfunctional system, even though many people are competent and dedicated. In my case: an advisor (JA) who disappeared three weeks before signing for the house, forced to cancel a life insurance policy because it was impossible to make a change without the advisor's (absent) approval, a significant sum for early loan repayment that remained in my account for eight months, etc., etc. And of course, fees that are impossible to stop once you decide to cut your losses. Run, run while you still can!

This post office needs a complete overhaul of its team. Incompetent people, we receive a registered letter and they tell us we'll receive the letter later. No, but seriously, that's twice for administrative paperwork, as luck would have it. I plan to file a complaint with the Palaiseau police station, because it's no longer possible. Same thing this summer, they lost my package with medical records... Run away from this post office at all costs, and what's more, they're lazy.

Horrible experience At first, it was fine, and I don't understand this overzealousness in demanding proof of salary and profession... when you want a cashier's check to get your own money back? On several occasions, the staff acted disrespectfully toward me. I had to fight for a month and a half to cancel my accounts. I was asked to resend documents that had already been sent, or I was asked for new documents without being told beforehand. Honestly, this is unprecedented, which is why I closed all my accounts.

Very dissatisfied because to close my children's savings accounts, three staff members gave me three different versions and ended up sending me to the financial center. Supposedly, a law requires the signature of both parents, even though I am the sole legal representative on the savings accounts. But which law? I can't tell me which one. Too bad for them, since I'm also an employee of a financial institution... I'll keep it simple: I'll close all my accounts, and the problem will be solved.
