Excellent experience! My advisor, Ms. Zemzami, is responsive and efficient. Each request is handled quickly and with clear explanations. I highly recommend her.
Apparently, there's no point in responding to clients at this agency. They're always responsive when it comes to getting contracts signed, but when you ask for explanations/clarifications, the turnaround time isn't the same. Not to mention the disastrous account management, where they never call their clients, and they prefer to bounce checks without question and the consequences. Run away!
