I experienced extremely lazy process and miscommitment culture same as National Bank, depositing are always welcome here and withdrawal are not possible. an other thing i want explain Bank Islami have no CRM department, their mail link for complaints is dummy dabba system, no follow up via mails and just for befooling people.... last thing that mention landline number is fake too
The expression “ being in hell “ was invented for an experience with this branch. I was tortured mentally by the underlying staff along with the operations manager for quite many months as I took the liberty to apply for a debit card. From that day on, I was tormented for sins unknown to this day ! Eventually I was forced to part my ways with the bank since no action was taken against my many complains ! This is what BankIslami truly is !
