Good service, friendly staff. I came here to get a credit card, not sure about how good other services are.
Bank Alfalah consumer center is on a very busy road. Parking is a big issue as a restaurant and the business girls college Home Economics college is next door, so parking is a big issue. I visited to get a credit card payment issue resolved, and customer services representative Ali shan was really helpful. My issue was unresolved for last few weeks and he was kind to take it up properly, center was following SOP protocols but few people were sitting in the waiting area for long, which was shuttle surprising as they were neither contacting customer services officers nor were getting up getting up, though few customer services reps were free.
Good environment..
One of the most pathetic Service providers with the clue less employees and departments are all over the place.... STAY AWAYYYYYY from these people
