Bank Alhabib Hassan Square branch which is located at Issa Nagri is very old branch & excellent customer service & professional staff was over there but last 3-4 years this branch is not working professionally. For customer servicestaff is trying to give better customer service with small number of staff and due to new staff some times work done very very slow. For cleaning branch is not good, its looking like clean but when you enter and see everywhere you can see there too much dust and sewerage leaking water near to cash counter areas For staff cleaning all staff excellent and well mannerd but some lower staff eating gutka everytime which is illegal and looking like very very bad when they smile or want to talk with us. In start i remember Mr. Baqar Hussain he was Manager and Mr. Aftab was operation manager both are so nice & very professional staff of Al habibb but later they shifted to other branch. In short this branch is good with some mistakes. And peoples should open account to this near and center of the city branch. For suggestion, please solve severage water leaking and cleaning issue inside the branch and ataff shout not eat any illegal gutka or something in custer serving timings
