This branch used to be great and convenient, but my recent experience with them was torturous. The staff doesn't know their bank policies and requirements. The bank has way to many forms a to fill for every single step and I had to make several trips over the span of a month just to access my own funds. I've stopped banking with Al Habib.
Slow service, there were six staff on the banking floor and two customers including me. It took ten minutes to be served and even then I didn't get what I came in for.
