I've been an AXA Cambier customer for over 30 years, back when it was still IPPA. But since the merger with Crelan, while the mobile interface is certainly more appealing, it's no longer the most attractive feature in terms of online investment management.
Fantastic customer service! I interacted a lot with Pierre for insurance matters. Then with Michael, Vanessa, Caroline, and Leslie for financial matters. They are all responsive, efficient, proactive, and customer-oriented. Honestly, they are a model of their kind. Thank you to the entire team.
