Catastrophic, I just left this agency, 15 minutes of waiting around because the person in charge of the first reception desk was chatting with a gentleman outside the counter, 3 other employees were chatting next to the professional counter and I was standing there waiting without a hello, not a glance with my mobility inclusion card... too complicated for me to stand for too long. The purpose of my visit was to relaunch my digital identity to register for training. I asked 6 employees because no one was looking after me if they could help me and... what did they tell me, we don't know how to do it!!!! This agency is a disgrace

I dealt with two women. The first, quite young, with very short hair and piercings, was incredibly unpleasant, both to me and the other customers. It felt like we were bothering her, to put it mildly. The other woman, apparently the manager, was blonde with a bob haircut. They were supposed to call me yesterday because they couldn't find my package, which had been marked as available four days prior to the email I received. No one ever called. I had clearly stated that I had a flight the next day and wouldn't be back for at least 10 days. So, the package will be returned to the sender… a package, I should point out, that's for Christmas! I was then greeted today (I had to cancel my flight) by another person who was just as friendly… ironic, of course. This person told me that if he wasn't there, he couldn't do anything. Even though I reiterated that I wouldn't be there to collect it and that I had already canceled my flight to come today. They finally found it. They just had to look a
