If you're planning to take an account in Bank of Sharjah, please note: 1. The mostly used facility by all is online purchase, which is not possible as BOS already blocked all sort of online purchase transactions. 2. All you can do is go to the place and pay via your ATM card or get the account details of the recipient/seller and then transfer the money along with additional service charge AED 1.05(except BOS account). 3. Even after you transact the amount, you have to make sure that money is received immediately or no. Coz usually the money don’t reach to the destined account immediately. It can take time for about 8 – 16 hours to receive in the Recipient's bank account. 4. Their ATMs are very few so you have to roam searching to get Cash or other option is, to take cash all at once from other bank ATM to avoid frequent ATM withdrawal charges. 5. We won’t be actually knowing what is our available bank balance, as they don’t update sometimes. 6. Their banking hours and customer support hours is so less that they will not process or pick your calls when needed. In one word it’s a hell for online buyers and heaven for a stingy person.

Very bad service, only 1 ATM , Also not working, business hours in Abu Dhabi sole branch only 4 hours from 8 till 12.

Very Very Very Bad service, all the staff in the reception ignores you ! busy on their phone , unproachable, very bad service!

You need to update the bank working hour on the website, it’s also one branch and it’s closing at 12 !!!!!
