Exceptional customer service delivered by bank manager. I visited the branch to grant authority to my brother for operating my bank account. All staff were very professional and courteous however bank manger was overwhelmingly friendly and went extra miles to help me during the process. All this was without any reference. My humble thanks and applause for the service.
Allied bank limited's regional office building. Services are good and staff are willing to provide good services. Newly constructed building is designated to its EAST regional headquarters.
Went to close my $accoumt, almost took half a day to do that. Went back again to close pak Rs. account, Madam in the basement said that since it’s a joint account it will take another day to close it and she would call us Friday and we can come back and collect our Money, today is Monday and we haven’t heard anything from that Madam. Tried to call the bank but nobody would answer. I guess we have to make another 50 KM trip to see what’s going on. Disappointed specially the young girl we were dealing with was an MBA. Education should give you some professionalism if nothing else. I am an overseas Pakistani and hate to criticize things in Pakistan but sometimes it’s get difficult. I still love my Pakistan. Thankyou
Staff is non serious. I requested to open bank account on 26th November 2021. Today 8th December 2021 I am still unable to use my account as branch Manager saying your account is not regulated yet but she is unable to give me any valid reason why my account is not regulated yet. They do not have any information while I provided my all paperwork but I will write next story if not resolved today. Do not trust them they waste time and non professional and میٹھی چھریاں Not recmanded.
