The worst banking award goes to this branch who always have short staff. Minimum waiting time is 2 hours. I live nearby this bank that's why i can tell better. They have 4 counters and from years i am coming here they only operate 1 counter. I have heard from someone that Allied Bank all branches are like this.
Worst bank in all of Lake City. The are always short staffed. Tellers are rude. There is preferential treatment of people depositing huge chunks of cash, all rules are bent for them. The token system is just for show. Also there have been credit card frauds with people having accounts in this particular branch. Zero accountability, no effective ACRs.

Some of Bank stuff is good and helpful. But ATM work not so good..its too slow
