As a Swiss abroad, you are a second-class citizen here in this institute... a customer for 44 years and now the BEKB has terminated their services because I live abroad - unbelievable! It has to be publicly announced here, the bank earned so much money from me, what a loss of face... There's one more star because at least I'm allowed to keep the account...

Incredible I was assured that my card was free result 50fr debit Speak French with difficulty! And do not know what to say website and e-banking no answers to questions! You might as well hire someone, it's the same thing. And the waiting time is very long more than 20 minutes for total nothing and hear me say website or e banking I have been a customer for more than 20 years and I find that pathetic.

Probably the WORST bank in Switzerland, + the only bank in Switzerland without its own Twint app - E-banking still does not work after 9 months, - Ordered a card for online payment about 4 times (including 3x at the Schlater) and still haven't received a new card

How can you have such opening hours? I have to take time off every time I want to go to the bank. Customer service is also very bad.
