I am with this branch since last 11 years. One of the nicest Banks I have seen. Prompt, customer friendly and reliable. I moved to BL but I still have my account at BKB.
After 20 years, we are trying to switch away from the BKB, mainly because of the meanwhile underground service. The change is sluggish and annoying, no reactions, contracts are a misunderstanding, etc. The change is now finally completed after months, again with fees and charges. Fortunately, our BKB consultant took care of special issues, otherwise it would have been even more difficult. We hope to have a better experience in the new location. And sorry ... why should I contact the BKB now? It would have been better if the BKB had gotten involved. But the interest isn't that great.
Being able to reach someone by phone is impossible. I'm considering whether I should even give the bank an order to regulate something. 30 min queue every day. Underground
Unfortunately only bad experiences, bad advice - work colleagues are offered different interest rate bonds than you are, messages in the app are not responded to.
The switches are for decoration only. No more money transfer. Must do everything to the automan.
