Bkb had a party in the 24.6.23. It was really nice. I enjoyed myself except I noticed that they don't cater for Muslims. Everyone uses Basler Kantonalbank not only Swiss people! Please in future have chicken sausage . The rice and chicken was not nice at all. Better to order food from Soup & Chill.

Pretty big bank branch. Modern light interior. Conveniently located, easily accessible, next to a tram stop. Friendly staff. There are queues for managers. If you have to wait, the manager offers to sit on comfortable sofas or armchairs and can bring coffee and water. Unfortunately, the hotline is difficult to reach.
An employee at the age of 21 asked my husband questions that weren't necessary. Not part of her job! Never again in this bank
Was here in July 2022 Tried to exchange my “old” swiss banknotes for new ones. The lady at the desk was totally NOT empathetic and didn't want to help me. She only wanted to exchange for Kunden from the Kantonalbank. However, as a Dutchman I was not a Kunde, I could leave empty-handed. Fortunately, I was able to exchange my banknotes at the nearby UBS bank.
