Shortly before my 18th birthday, my parents received a letter that the account would be activated on my 18th birthday without doing anything. But this was not the case. So I went to the bank to find out that my parents and I still have to sign something. So we signed it and brought it in personally the next day. After a month I still didn't have permissions so I went back. There I was told that I had forgotten to sign and that I had to sign the document again. Brought this back the next day. Already the 3rd time personally on site and after almost 2 months still not activated!!
