Was just in the bank. Wanted to withdraw 800CHF. Whatever the reason, euros came out. After my complaint I was only given a cold sorry. And pointed out that I somehow made mistakes. "There's nothing you can do about that." It was neither asked what exactly happened nor shown great interest or goodwill. Since I absolutely needed CHF, I had to exchange the whole amount...Loss of about 37 CHF!!! It's a shame that the bank where you have all the accounts and mortgages shows no understanding or goodwill. Thank you and Happy Holidays
I am very satisfied with the Berner Kantonalbank. Super friendly and well trained staff.
An automatic teller machine in the corner of the bank and spends its currency in Swiss francs, and I believe also in euros and English languages in addition to French and German
I withdrew 100 francs and I was out of 120,725 won! The staff was very kind
