My first time here was to open a PPG account. I didn't expect it to be that Islamic. 🤭🙏 I was greeted with "Assalamualaikum" upon arrival and then directed by the security guard, "What do you want?" The security guard explained at length. And so on. Every time someone came, he explained everything from the beginning and patiently. Masha Allah. 🤭🙏 The PPG account creation process was relatively fast. I even asked a friend to get my queue number. Before I even got there, my queue number was already called. 😅🤭 The place may not be very big, and the parking lot is small, but the security guard still directed me, haha.

The office and ATM have moved to Jl. H. Hasan Basri, Semayap. However, it doesn't appear on Google Maps yet. This is causing inconvenience for customers, especially those from out of town.

Many queues are not orderly, not in order

Oh my gosh, BSI's service is terrible. They haven't even returned the money, but the report is considered complete. Every customer is busy, and not everyone has the time to go back and forth to BSI customer service!

The service is extremely bad. You have to type on a tablet: - account number - account holder name - amount - destination - sender name - phone number - email What's the point of a teller and a queue number? It's so complicated, I can't believe I'm trying to deposit or withdraw cash. Oh my God. I was about to open an account, but I didn't see how complicated it was. Throw that tablet away from the queue before you become a customer again.
