Had an unpleasant experience at BSI pkp.. KPR paid off early in the year, the certificate was not immediately returned because it was being processed by one of the notaries, which should have been completed within 2 months, but instead took almost 10 months. Even after we reported it to the OJK and Ombudsman, it was only processed. Just a reminder "Whoever makes things difficult for a believer in this world, Allah will make things difficult for him in the hereafter." (Narrated by Muslim).

Upon arrival, the door was immediately opened and greeted by a friendly security guard with a greeting and a smile. The service was very friendly and orderly. Unfortunately, changing your phone number on the BSI mobile app wasn't as simple as first contacting the branch office to open the account. Even sending an email wasn't guaranteed to receive a quick response. If the branch office you're opening the account at is far away, expect the process to take a long time. Hopefully, there's a solution to improve service.

Friendly and good service. Easy access. Opening an account is also easy, quick, and fast. Busy on Mondays and Fridays. Service is relatively slow, hopefully it can be expedited.
