Cs lama, slow respon
I would like to provide a review of the BSI branch in Kapuas Regency. I was dissatisfied, disappointed, and angry with the service there. I wanted to replace my card because it had expired, but I wasn't given any instructions on how to fill out forms, etc. I was just told to wait because the line was long. Then, when I got to my queue, a security guard took me and told me to wait because the line was still long. Then, when I approached my queue number, they gave me the form, etc. As a result, I was skipped in line, and the security guard said with a grin, "Hey, you slipped in first." Who's to blame for this? And then the queue number was still the same as the security guard. There was no apology, and the response was dismissive. I truly hate and am disappointed; the service is terrible. I hope ALL SERVICES will be improved in the future. Thank you.
January 15, 2025 I want to transfer my Hajj savings from Mandiri Syariah to BSI, while I'm on my way home to Kapuas. I was really surprised. In Java, it takes a long time because there are a lot of customers but a lot of human resources. The opposite is true here. There's only one customer service representative, two tellers, but only one is open. The tellers close at 12:00. Security doubles as admin. The queue is manually written down, and some queue numbers are lost. It's very chaotic. Luckily, it's not too busy, but customer service takes almost an hour per customer. It's not conducive for busy customers. I hope this serves as an evaluation for BSI headquarters and the BSI Kapuas branch office in particular.
Peace be upon you. I am very surprised and confused by the service at the Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch Office in Kuala Kapuas City, Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan (BSI KCP KAPUAS). Services for prospective Hajj pilgrims in Kapuas Regency take days to complete, just like my brother (relative) experienced. The process began on April 27th and was only completed on May 3rd, 2023. I noticed several strange things: 1. No SOPs 2. Slow service flow 3. Customer service seemed indifferent 4. Security doubled as customer service 5. No queue tickets I would like to ask the BSI Headquarters or those in authority to improve the service system at this BSI KCP KAPUAS. Thank you. Regards, H. Hasbullah
Friendly service, but when I came here there was only 1 teller and only 1 CS, so the queue was quite long🙏
