BSI Tangerang City branch service is not good, I've been here since 2:10 PM until now and haven't been served by CS, and the branch is still CLOSED. Is there only one CS at this branch??? The reason is because they're on break. BSI needs to improve recruitment, especially for branch offices. CS resources need to be improved so customers don't have complaints like this. Especially for a service at the level of a large bank (BSI), so the service needs to be better and customers can wait less. So, if you go to BSI Tangerang City branch office tomorrow, you have to arrive before 2 PM so the CS can handle it right away, so you don't have to wait this long. Judging from previous reviews, many people arrive here at 2 AM, and the CS is always on break. Awesome 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😁
