It's on the 28th floor of the BCA tower.

Very very bad service experience. The head teller was not friendly at all, I was still tidying up the money but she forced me to hurry up because she wanted to call the next queue number. I had asked to sit on one of the empty teller counter tables to tidy up the money. But what I got was she told me to count on the sofa where the customers were queuing which I think is really rude, especially since this was a large transaction not buying peanuts. In the future I hope there will be no discrimination against customers. Thank you

The most useless & unprofessional bank + stupid & incompetent employees !!! Even handling trivial cases is not resolved, when it's the teller's turn to transfer money incorrectly, we as customers are chased to whatever extent, even to the police. When it's the customer's turn to transfer money incorrectly/experience fraud, the process is complicated & not resolved, even though all the requested documents are in order. Really this is the most useless & stupid BANK !!!!

It said transfers were open until 3:00 PM. But when I arrived around 2:30 PM, there was no further service. I was asked to come back the next day. Why even post business hours like that?

I had counted the money before depositing and it was correct and there was no shortage, but the teller machine suddenly shut down and then the teller informed me that my deposit was not enough. It was strange that the machine was off and I had to pay the remaining money. I had clearly counted my money before depositing and it was correct and there was no shortage. The teller service was completely different from BCA service. The teller accused the customer and challenged him. It was strange, that's enough, and I won't be depositing here again.
