One of the busiest branches of BCA, located in the centre of Jalan Sumatera, at the junction of Jalan Banda Aceh. Crowd and queue is expected but they do practice social distancing. Customers need to be checked for the body temperature before entering the office building. Wearing mask is also compulsory for staff and customers. Very warm and helpful customer service team. Limited parking space is located in front of the bank's compound but no worries you mau park along the roadside

One of BCA's branches in Medan offers excellent service. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by security and assisted with customer activities. If you're a frequent visitor, the tellers will usually remember your name and some information, as they'll often ask you about your transactions. The tellers are also proactive in assisting customers, such as those who lose their cards or don't have their passbooks with them when withdrawing money.
