My first time here was to open a PPG account. I didn't expect it to be that Islamic. 🤭🙏 I was greeted with "Assalamualaikum" upon arrival and then directed by the security guard, "What do you want?" The security guard explained at length. And so on. Every time someone came, he explained everything from the beginning and patiently. Masha Allah. 🤭🙏 The PPG account creation process was relatively fast. I even asked a friend to get my queue number. Before I even got there, my queue number was already called. 😅🤭 The place may not be very big, and the parking lot is small, but the security guard still directed me, haha.

The AC is cold. The room smells of lemongrass, haha. The security guards are friendly. The service is fast. But since there's only one customer service representative and one teller each, you have to be patient. I arrived at 1:00 PM and waited about an hour for my number to be called. By the way, to anyone who makes interns stand at the entrance, please stop. The space is cramped. If there are too many people at the door, it will actually block customers from coming in and out.

Oh my gosh, BSI's service is terrible. They haven't even returned the money, but the report is considered complete. Every customer is busy, and not everyone has the time to go back and forth to BSI customer service!
