Wonderful new generation bank. Very efficient.
The service in this is one of the worst I've ever ever experienced. The FX teller staff today told me that the branch does not process fx payments of the sender is not nigerian, this is after hours of back and forth to fill the form, I have never heard such ridiculousness before in all my years of receiving money from the US, please stop employing illiterates!!!
They usually don't load their ATMs during public holidays and it's really frustrating sometimes. I'm talking about lawanson zenith bank branch.
It's a nice bank but for the rich o🤣
