Nice banking Hall with good banking experience. Stylish unique design (glass exterior) outside and inside. Separate ATM just beside and working. Neatly maintained. Enough parking space a little bit distant from the bustop. No accessibility for wheelchair yet and no parking for them either.
Nice banking hall ambience with an ATM point on standby and minimal parking space outside.
Their service was good. I didn't spend much time here. I didn't experience much que to when I visited. Staffs were polite and respectful. I was also attended to promptly. There is also an ATM gallery within the banking premises. The parking is also wide and can contain many cars. Accessibility is okay. Wheelchair users can access the banking hall with ease.
These guys have the worst customer service experience ever. Lackadaisical staff and constant interruptions in their platforms. Spent 2 days and no reasonable solution to getting a hardware token. Two whole days!!!!
Good banking services. The staff are customer friendly. This facility is not #wheelchair accessible. Car parking can be challenging sometimes. You can access it from Harvard Macauley road or Old Yaba road.
