We entered to open a Business Account. The bank officer was rude, hurried and short with us. I took note but decided who cares so long as the work is done. Returned to provide the required docs and seal. The gates were closed but security helped reach the bank officer. Confirmed everything was done the next week. Fast forward to 1.5 years later and deposits commenced, but transfers can't be done. Weird so I email. No reply. The company head reaches out to the bank officer - no response. Go into the Ajah branch and learn the account is not opened. Documents previously provided at the time of opening are being asked for again (1) electric bill, (2) certificate and (3) EFCC doc. Not once had I been told or heard EFCC. It's been 2 years at this point. Do you think it wouldn't have been provided if it had been asked for? Positioned just at the gate of Admiralty road Lekki phase 1. If you are driving into the estate then it's on your left and you'd have to drive in a bit to the first u-turn. The ATM points make it convenient. There are five of them so queues aren't expected so much. Bank transactions are possible for the bank's customers and some transactions for others that aren't. Wheelchair accessibility is pretty low. You'd need to be given a different entrance to get in.

The premises features ample parking space for customers. Their services are very efficient and customer service is equally great. Location is pretty good and the surroundings are decent and we'll maintained.

A typical zenith bank branch with premium quality of banking experience; from the banking hall, restrooms, customer service to the security men, everything is moving fine. There's no unending queues at the ATM as they have a gallery of it and you will hardly experience ridiculous issues with transacting with another bank on another ATM and having your cash trapped but getting debited.

Great customers service with very strategic and highbrow location. Security is also right here. There's also in and out space to park your car.
