Customer care service is ok and they attend to you fast. I enjoy the service here anytime. They have two ATM that never gets issue.
I was told flatly by security at this branch that if I was there to withdraw, I could not come in. I had my bank cards to resestablish a relationship with them but found a set of absolutely relaxed staff who kept people waiting. I did reach out to the head of banking who authorized the transaction for my staff. Ridiculous
The area has lot of finance clusters so generally service is always okay. Nothing radically different from any other service oriented bank.
High on service delivery but short on car space
Good place to do financial transaction though some network issues occasionally.
