On top of being extremely professional and knowledgeable, Timothy has a very bright, positive personality that immediately makes you feel confident and welcomed. He took the time to ensure all expectations were met and exceeded, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This is the level of service that sets a banker apart. The Wells Fargo employees at this location have always been outstanding to work with and hugely helpful. We'd like to give a shout-out to Alfred, senior premier banker at that location. We had an issue to work out between Wells Fargo and another bank. Alfred literally walked us down to the other bank to help us figure things out. It was truly outstanding customer service and we are very grateful to be banking here.

Top notch service! Walked into the branch and immediately felt a sense of professionalism. We were greeted after a very short wait and offered water. Received professional service from Shaquaea (Banker) and Nicole (Manager), Lance was also very friendly and professional. We've been with Wells Fargo for 17 years and NEVER had a Personal Banker, we've banked in multiple locations but never felt "at home". This location definitely felt relational and NOT transactional. I think we found our new favorite location as well as the Personal Banker that has always eluded us. Glad we woke up and decided to visit this location!!!!
