Worst bank ever. poor customer services, poor facilities, poor bhaviour. avoid ths bank at any cost
Visited your bank branch in f6 Islamabad today, safe to say #covid19 doesn’t exist. No enforcements of SOPs and I felt silly wearing a mask. And the lady at counter don’t have any idea what a POC is. She had to get it checked from another staff member. Seems like no one wants to work!
Used their ATM machine. The lights went out and my card got stuck and i had to go the next day to get it back. Second time this has happened to me. FYI, first time was also with UBL ATM machine. Worst bank ever.
