Very poor no friendly staff
Poor management, does not have much knowledge, about accounts and their own service charges
A small and very old branch which serves residential as well as commercial clients. Has lockers facility. Cooperative staff.
Bad customer support, as i updated my documents along with fingerprint there on 2nd October 2018 , they told me this will take 2,3 working days , i tell them my flight is next week are you sure i can use my netbanking after that, they assure me that it will work, now Alhum its 16th may 2019 and my account is inactive coz of there false promised and even when i call the branch they directly denied that i didn’t provided any documents of biometric fingerprints to them , that account is useless for me until i go back to Pakistan and close my account, my money ?
