Came twice to open an account. The first time the branch manager was very pleasant and told me to come back with the rest of the documents. The second time the operational manager was very dismissive. Definitely won't open an account here!
Horrible customer service. Relationship managers do not want to assist customers beyond any basic tasks - always throwing responsibilities to the call center or sabb customer care by email. Every request i have made has never been resolved until after months of unnecessary neglect from the relationship manager and multiple escalations/complaints. I recommend anyone to move away from this branch.
Decent bank and a decent team , enjoyed my visit.
Customers are waiting, customer service desks are empty. RN i have been waiting for 1 hr.
Doesn’t stick to advertised hours. Always late to open
