Better than other SABB branches and not the best by any means. Expect to stay in wait for no less than 60 minutes before you can meet any cashier. I wish I known that before choosing this entity to facilitate my financial portfolio. All these people are serviced by 1 m, it’s not humanly possible

There is a problem with how many people working after duhar prayer. The waiting is staked and the numbers are being called while other customers are seated. Had to wait 35 minutes only to find I sat there for nothing. What a waste of time.

I went to this branch many times but was not able to resolve my frozen credit card account. They simply don't know how to update credit card info telling me that all will be okay after I signed the papers. It has been 1 week but still my credit card is frozen. When I call the customer service representative via phone they tell me to go to the branch. When I go to this branch they tell me my ccredit card will be okay tomorrow but it's not. I call again and again the customer service representative over the phone and they tell me again to go to the branch and the branch will tell me again to wait until the next day and everything will be okay and the cycle repeats again and again. False assurance and laziness plus ignorance! How come I was able to deposit money to my credit card via ATM but cannot use it to pay online because its frozen? The machine must not allow the user to deposit in the first place if the account is frozen. What a joke! Moreover, tellers don't know what they are doing and are lazy, arrogant, overconfident but ignorant (acting that they know all but in the end don't resolve anything) and don't want to help. When you are trying to explain what is happening as a customer, they block you out with their ever frustrating hand gesture of "wait" but don't listen. It's a totally frustrating experience to be here and to be with SABB. I'll quit being with this bank soon.
