I wanted to share that I went to Fubon Bank around 9:55 AM. As soon as I entered, the young man at the counter greeted me warmly and asked what kind of business I needed. He then helped me apply for an online credit card in just five minutes. During the process, he answered two phone calls and spoke to three other customers who came in while maintaining a smile. He was really professional, friendly, and efficient. I saw that his lips were cracked from talking so much, so I knew he had already talked a lot that morning. This was my first time applying for a credit card from this bank. When I arrived at the bank, a female bank employee greeted me and told me that I didn't need to draw a number plate. Since I had already filled out the application materials and had all my ID documents ready, the process (copying my ID and checking the application form) was completed in less than 5 minutes.
