Awful
I went to the branch to withdraw money a little after 12:20 on June 16th. The receptionist at the door provided excellent service, and the teller at counter number 8 called my number early, saving me from a long wait. Due to my plantar fasciitis, I couldn't stand in front of the counter for long before moving to a seat. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you to the manager for their care and consideration. Cathay Pacific is fantastic! 😁
Based on my experience visiting several different banks, Cathay United Bank's Jian Guo branch left the deepest impression on me. In addition to the friendly reception staff, the other employees were also very helpful. In particular, Ms. Tang on the left side of the entrance and Ms. You in foreign exchange not only provided professional advice but also reduced my waiting time a lot. I am truly grateful to you!
