This afternoon, I went to this branch to pay my outstanding taxes. After taking a number, I was sitting in the sofa area waiting for my number to be called when Ms. Zhong approached me and asked what kind of business I had come to Fubon for. Then, in just a few minutes, she had processed my application. Fubon's service is excellent! Thank you, Ms. Zhong, for your service!

I took the National Health Insurance Administration's automatic debit form to Taipei Fubon Bank to apply for automatic debit for my National Health Insurance card. I needed two stamps for verification, and the bank staff were unprofessional: 1. They told me not to mix up which stamp it was. A professional bank employee wouldn't say that to a customer. 2. All three of their staff members couldn't figure out whether to use the National Health Insurance Administration's automatic debit application form or the bank's application form, asking each other repeatedly. The younger staff members need more professional training!! The security guard at the entrance was very polite. 👍
