Very bad service ...no Response I waited 30 minutes but no one attended me.... worst service by SBI villeparle east Subhash Road
Smriti Sapra, Service Manager and Aarti Singh, Junior Associate were very helpful. My work got done with minimal hassle. Thank you so much for being so cooperative. But there is a peon named Ketan who was only interested in his mobile!!!

Horrrrriibleeee , it was today 12th Jan 2021 that I went to SBI bank e square vile parle east branch to open a new bank account..I asked for form to open new account and the lady at the counter tells me in di "ye aapko inquiry counter dikh raha he kisne bheja aapko yaha " like seriously this is how you talk to a customer?????? I asked this is how u ll behave normally with everyone? She argued bt dint apologize..I ll advice everyone not to open a bank account there or else u cnt ask for help at all...some known person also helps to find way if u don't know but this staff.. horrible I asked her name but she dint ! Highly disappointed
Horrible, only security guard helps everyone, otherwise manager, officers, cashiers & clerks are most non- cooperative, care less. Worst branch among all the banks in Andheri & Vileparle area.
