I visited the Irla Branch today for KYC formalities. Was surprised to see a well designed, bright & clean Bank with plenty of seating space for customers. The staff were super efficient. Much better than a private bank. Within few minutes of Form submission, my account was activated & I could transact immediately. Had a wonderful experience. SBI Irla, keep up the good work. You are doing great !!!!!
Extremely slow service, no accountability of customer time, no proper horizon of when a basic service like cash withdrawal will be available, we value and love SBI as a brand and pray it to grow. As it has lot of potential but not necessarily get disappointed most of the times
Very unorganised and chaotic at all times. There is no one to guide to go to the correct counter. You wait in long queues and then are told to go to another counter and the same thing repeats 3 times and 2 hours later to reach the right counter. Visited the branch 3 times and everytime it’s extremely crowded and chaotic. Very bad customer service, for smallest of things it takes minimum 2-3 hours at the branch. I’m looking at now transferring my account.
They don't value customer's time. Kept us waiting till 1.5 hrs. and then denied the service expecting our presence next morning again. Strongly recommend not opening account at any of SBI branches.
Very bad services from Counter no 5 at date of 7/10/2017. Pls don't open account in this branch.
