Whenever I have to visit this branch which is unfortunate due to some PPF accounts opened long back, I have to ensure I don't have any important work to carry out during the day. The trip to the branch is itself a leisure activity. Just depositing Rs 500 in your account could take hours. Have a query or issue, god save you. The staff has no respect for your time. You have to leave your patience and self-respect at home. Even if someone pays you to open an account in this branch, pay him back some extra money and ask him to stop selling such mediocrity.
Pathetic service. Only keep sending u to different counters. The staff is very unprofessional. For one PPF ac opening, I visited the bank for more than 5 times a month, still I'm sent back home with a pile of forms and no clarity. And to add to it they are on a FOREVER lunch break no matter if says 1-2 when ever u go, the counter people keep disappearing by handing over forms and lack of clarity to the customers. Please take this review into consideration and improve your service and img in the public domain. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BRANCH SPECIFICALLY. SBI should be renamed as Slow Bank of India
Avoid opening an account in this branch, 3 months since I submitted application at the bank premise for changes in mobile number, form was submitted and assurance given that it will be done in 2-3days, but alas nothing was done. Will visit again but only to get the account transferred to a better branch. Worst service experience, you need to take a day's leave to go to the bank and even then the work does not happen. SBI really needs to evaluate their work ethic, it is highly questionable!
Worst service ever. Inefficient staff is not providing informatiin correctly. Minimum 4 to 5 visits required if you want to get your work done.
Very nice Bank. My first bank account was opened here. The staff is very helpful and polite.
