Bank services at each & every counter is so poor, no words to express unprofessional system of work No manners by most of the staff.
I had very bad experience with sbi.. staff behavior is not good… also the bank manager is not cooperative… Worst bank in India, kindly use some other bank
First of all stop wasting time of giving unnecessary information on caller tunes. The coustmer is calling up to only ask for some specific info which he should be receiving fast.so stop wasting his time by telling him to press 1 2 3 so on and finnally not connecting .Give very specific telephone no.where he can speak to the person concerned and not wasting his precious time. Remember the bank is for the service of the coustmers and not the reverse.
Pathetic customer service given by staff of this branch. Simplest of task isn't processed properly. Attitude of these useless employees is way too much. Very slow processing and no damn given about customer satisfaction. I hope all these reviews are read by someone from SBI and appropriate action is taken.
SBI Vile Parle NRI branch debited the full EMI amount on my car loan on 10feb 21, despite of issuing me a loan closure no dues pending letter on 22Jan. This is unacceptable and has broken my trust in the government institution for any loans in the future.
