I visit this bank few days ago. This bank is very cooperative and instructive. Setting plan is beautiful and COVID 19bl SOPs following well.
Nice environment, cooperative staff & only single branch in faisalabad
Railway Road branch is spacious. Staff is cooperative. But service should be quicker.
Probably the bank is closing down it's business in pakistan, since the bank staff didn't attend calls nor the customer service helpline holds any value for quite a period. Had spent a good time of the day to contact and get assistance on a concern but all in vain as it's getting repeated again and again so raises fishy vibes. Hope the things will be brought back to good without further delay. Good luck all
