Never ending process of providing documents. Probably world's most difficult bank to open/maintain an account with. My Residence country changed, i have shared all documents but they never fail to amaze by asking for more.. Closed a 10 year old account with them due to their lack of cooperation and extremely inconvenient process.. It is a shame

As a CEO of an international institution that works with multiple Governments in various sectors, I’m completely appalled and disgusted by SC. I’ve used them before at another branch for ATM withdrawals. Their ATM confiscated my Debit Card and I was only allowed to retrieve it by giving them a copy of my passport and fingerprints. I was not given the reason as to why the ATM confiscated my card. I will never work with SC even if they paid me to; moreover, I’ve blacklisted them at my firm and will not take on any business that may rise in the future that’s related to them.
