Very bad customer service. I visited Sharjah Megamall br on 21-03-2022 to open an account and waited for almost 2 hrs. Before making me waited, they have checked all the docs and confirmed every thing is OK. after around 2 hrs of waiting, they send me back for not having a utility bill copy. I have requested the customer service rep and mentioned that I can forward the utility bill to the bank 's mail ID or the customer service representative's mail ID to take a print which they refused send me back outside to take a print. Finally decided not to go back to the bank and not to recommend to anyone in the future as well & decided contact alternative bank for opening the account very very bad customer service.

I'd give 5 stars to the tellers and not even a 1 star to the customer service in this branch. You'd be waiting for 30 mins to 1 hr, you see the manager or the customer service person allowing someone before the other, even if you have a number before them. Not to forget that to open a current account, they had to make me come to the branch for 4 times with the papers and every time they say that they need to update the personal details. Although one of the customer service team members did actually update my details before we start with the process. But unfortunately, he made a mistake, I have to wait for another 2 to 3 days to get the approval on his new updates to start with the work. In total, 2 weeks are just wasted, and I decided not to open any account here. Kindly learn from the main branch!

Me and my freind has visited today Sharjah Islamic bank mega mall branch to open an account ,Outstanding customer service , Mohamed zohay was so professional to describe all the details and procedures about account opening . We are very thanksfull to him .
