The worst customer service I've ever encountered, you send emails and nobody reads them, only an auto-reply message appears
Useless ticketing system for queuing of the line. As usual seems all the customer facing staff depend one 1 counter to serve. Wast of time, and waste of space. Disappointing.
It's good but it should have a transfer of account from STCpay to SNB bank thru weekends and holidays, before samba can transfer less than a minute even weekends from STC pay to SAMBA bank account
Ridiculous service. Your money will be stuck for months if you send internationally through this bank. Frustrating that they dont do anything about it.
Offer if any employee who has 20+ salary he became a gold member. Benefit: no waiting Both credit card free. Special desk for gold member.
